As a small, family run company providing portable sanitation and event facilities across the UK, we understand that our work has an impact, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to minimise it.

Sustainability isn’t a single project for us, it’s part of the way we think, plan, and grow. Every decision we make, from how we design and build our units, to the suppliers we work with and the materials we use considers our responsibility to the environment.

What We’re Doing

We’re proud to have already made meaningful changes across our business:

• Water Efficiency: Our portable toilet units are designed to be water-efficient, requiring only one priming fill that is then recirculated with environmentally friendly chemicals — lasting for up to 125 uses. We also operate a rainwater harvesting system at our depot, using collected rainwater to prepare our hire units for use.
• Renewable Energy: Our premises are powered in part by solar panels, reducing reliance on grid electricity and cutting our carbon footprint.
• Waste Reduction: We actively reduce single-use plastics — from transitioning to biodegradable cleaning products and Quick Blue soluble chemical sachets to introducing a Glove Use Policy that favours natural latex or reusable alternatives wherever possible.
• Durability & Repair: We design and manufacture our own toilet and shower units in-house for long life and repairability, ensuring every product is built to last and reducing waste from replacement.
• Sustainable Procurement: We work with suppliers who share our values, prioritising sustainable materials, recyclable packaging, and responsible manufacturing practices.
• Training & Awareness: Our team is trained to follow sustainable practices day-to-day — from efficient water use to responsible waste handling and eco-conscious site planning.
